Marshall Baker

Founder / Managing Director

Marshall has over 20 years of lending leadership experience, spanning the full lifecycle from sales and originations to servicing. His primary focus is structuring permanent financing solutions for clients. Prior to Triple Net Lending, Marshall was engaged by medium and large cap financial services companies, with his most recent role being the Chief Operating Officer. He enjoys working closely with clients to help them achieve their financial goals and optimize their real estate investments. Marshall received his B.S. in Finance from Missouri State University and M.B.A. in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship from Emory Goizueta Business School.

Chris Miller

Managing Director

Chris Miller is a Managing Director with more than 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate and financial services industries. Chris has specialized in NNN Retail and Self-Storage financing since 2013. He closed transactions nationwide with access to a variety of lending sources across the capital stack. Chris led lending for a broad range of property types, including office, multi-family, industrial self-storage and mixed-use projects. His experience spans underwriting, construction financing, conventional permanent financing, agency financing and bridge financing. Chris graduated from Fairfield University and has a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Boston University.
